About Us:
Venture Insurance Agency is a wholesale commercial insurance broker that specializes in insurance for Security Guards Alarm Companies Private Investigators and related businesses.
Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will report directly to the Operations Manager and will also work with the underwriters.
Responsibilities:
Opening and distributing incoming mail.
Assisting underwriters with agency bill invoicing and policy issuance.
Scanning and electronic filing
Assisting with check runs.
Handling outgoing mail.

Requirements:
Willingness to learn
Education/Experience:
High school diploma
Communication negotiation and math skills using Excel Word and Outlook programs preferred
