Job Title: Conveyancing Lawyer
Location: Newbury
Salary: 4055k (based on experience)
Experience: 2 years PQE preferred
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join our clients busy office in Newbury. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional client service have the expertise to manage a busy caseload and enjoy working collaboratively within a team wed love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including sales purchases remortgages and transfers of equity
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all conveyancing matters ensuring a seamless process
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support the overall success of the department
- Actively engage in business development activities to help grow the client base and contribute to the firms ongoing success
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and a clientfocused approach
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 2 years PQE in conveyancing (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a busy conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Excellent communication organisation and timemanagement skills
- Ambition to contribute to business development and grow the firms client base
- Ability to work effectively as part of a closeknit team
