Job Overview

Solitaire Global Schools is seeking a Principal to join our team in Hyderabad. This fulltime senior position requires a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. As Principal you will lead our institution in providing an exemplary educational environment and ensure the academic and holistic development of our students.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional educational leadership to inspire and guide the schools vision and mission effectively. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proficiency in school administration software to streamline operations and maintain accurate records. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to engage with the community and foster relationships that support the schools growth and reputation. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in curriculum development to oversee educational programs and align them with student needs and standards.
  • Competence in datadriven decision making to analyze educational strategies and improve student outcomes.
  • Strong conflict resolution skills to manage and mediate disputes between distinct parties within the school.
  • Strategic planning abilities to develop and implement the schools longterm goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional budget management skills to oversee financial planning and ensure efficient resource allocation.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide dynamic leadership to ensure the successful implementation of the schools philosophy and objectives.
  • Oversee the development and of a rigorous curriculum that meets standards and addresses student needs.
  • Promote a positive supportive school culture that fosters academic achievement and personal growth.
  • Engage with parents staff and the community to build strong partnerships and maintain effective communication.
  • Manage faculty recruitment development and retention to assemble a skilled and dedicated team.

  • Develop and manage the annual school budget to optimize financial resources and achieve educational goals.
