Our Team
Our Corporate & Capital Markets group is widely recognised as a high performing and marketleading practice extending across corporate advisory and governance public and private M&A capital markets (debt and equity) finance (asset corporate property structured and project) funds management and regulatory spanning across all industries.
The Brisbane Corporate (Transactions Solutions) team are a small but closeknit team that is well connected to the national Corporate & Capital Markets group. The personnel in the team regularly work with other partners in Brisbane and in other offices and are highly regarded for their expertise in private and public M&A transactions capital raising and corporate governance across the government agribusiness mining and retirement & aged care sectors.
Your Role
We are seeking interest from lawyers from 2 years PQE to Associate level to join the team. You will be working closely with wellregarded partner Stephen Knight providing transactional support and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base. You will also have the opportunity to work with Corporate & Capital Markets partners in other offices as part of our national Corporate & Capital markets team.
More About You
We welcome applications from lawyers who have:
- 2 4 years post admission experience
- Strong technical skills and demonstrated experience advising on corporate transactions including M&A
- Experience in one or more of the following industry sectors: agribusiness mining or retirement & aged care.
