Title: Area ManagerSales(Stellite)
Location: Chennai
Education & Relevant Experience (in brief):
Engineering graduate in Mechanical OR Industrial Production with Management background preferable.
Desirable to have 12 15 years of experience in Sales / Application development.
Should have good knowledge of materials market (Stellite Segment)
Should have good understanding of PTA/Welding process/Spray Coatings/HVOF processes.
Should be Competent in understanding and communicating all product and technical information effectively to customers.
Able to assess Customer needs competently.
Should be Customer focused should manage change uncertainties and take risk.
Should be result oriented and have ability to ensure accountability.
Lead with courage & Energy.
Willing to Travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities:
To grow materials business in the region support existing distributors.
To interact directly with key accounts to grow the business & gain/keep high market share with them.
Explore new application and grades development based on market requirements.
To support in component business development in Refineries Steel Oil and Gas etc.
To develop proven solutions for both materials and components business at Stellite India
Interact with the manufacturing sites of Kennametal Stellite in USA & China for quotes market info cost stock policy etc.
