Who You Are

- An experienced nonprofit executive with a track record in strategic planning financial oversight and quality and change management
- A relationshipbuilder who communicates with clarity warmth and purpose
What You Bring
- A degree in Social Work Business Public Administration or a related field
- 7 years in senior leadership roles ideally within the nonprofit or social services sector
- Expertise in financial management HR practices risk oversight and policy development
- Proven success working with boards and managing diverse teams
- A Class 5 drivers license a reliable vehicle with business insurance and relevant safety certifications (or willingness to complete them)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Board to set and execute ICSs strategic vision
- Oversee operational planning budgeting compliance and risk management
- Lead senior managers and ensure service quality across program areas
- Represent ICS with funders government and community partners
- Foster a culture of equity inclusion innovation and continuous improvement
- Respond to afterhours emergencies on a rotational basis as part of the oncall team.

Summary
Program: Senior Leadership
Location: Kamloops BC
Status: FullTime
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Generally within the standard office hours of 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with flexible hours to meet the program and operational needs.
Weekend oncall responsibility on a rotational basis as part of the afterhours emergency oncall team.
Reports to: Board of Directors
Compensation: $145853$162757 annually with the full range up to $167286 based on future progression
