The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Groundskeeper / Gardener to maintain and beautify our centers environment. The person in this role will be responsible for attending to our outdoor spaces and ensuring a welcoming and wellkept atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a handson approach with an excellent knowledge of planting gardening equipment and physical stamina.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow the garden to ensure it meets specific requirements and expectations.
- Perform basic maintenance such as cutting the grass emptying bins managing control and leaf raking.
- Plant and nurture new trees flowers and various plants.
- Work with hand tools and basic light machinery such as plant vehicles and small diggers.
- Service all garden equipment and machinery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a gardener or groundskeeper.
- Knowledge of horticultural techniques and plant diseases.
- Knowledge of garden maintenance and landscaping.
- Familiarity with landscaping design layouts.
- Strong knowledge of local pests and how to eliminate them.

- Professional certifications in gardening or horticulture.
- Knowledge in the safe handling of gardening equipment.
- Experience with plant feeds and fertilisers.
- Ability to physically stand bend squat and lift up to 30 pounds.
