How you will contribute to EveryPays vision

We are growing our Business Development team and we are looking for a talentedAccount Manager!

What are our challenges:

Account Managers is responsible for building sustainable growth for our business. We are looking for an energetic proactive achiever with cando attitude to join our fantastic team and help us expand our client base and work closely with our company current clients which include several high profile successful Greek companies. You are expected to analyze market and working closely with our product and operations team to make improvements over our current products.

  • Scale: Our business is on a significant growth trajectory. This means that our tech has to follow suit. You can be expected to work on optimising our architecture and tech enabling global level of workloads and solving major complex scalability problems.
  • Breadth: We are on a constant mission of expanding our product line. You will be working on enabling the latest and most innovative payment methods using cuttingedge APIs and infrastructure of companies such as Google Apple and Amazon.
  • Depth: We are a tech company. As we grow we are constantly reevaluating our tech stack and refactor our codebase. We are on a constant mission to refactor and optimise our existing products.

What you will be doing:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences meetings and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Analysing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Work with your team learn from them and share your knowledge.
  • Understand the fast paced world of payments and high growth fintech startups including the latest cloudbased state of the art payment technologies.
  • Collaborate across different departments including SRE Development Sales Compliance AML and Operations.
  • Grow yourself: we will sponsor Learning & Development opportunities for our talented staff.

We will appreciate if you have:

  • 35 years of experience in B2B sales in a Finance/eCommerce/Tech or Fintech company
  • A finance and payments background is a plus but not a musthave
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Exceptional communication skills and IT fluency
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Technical skills required to create client proposals both written and verbal
  • Familiar with CRM platforms
  • Proficient in Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
