Summary
TheResident AdministratoratRotary Valley Senior VillageApartments 70 units)isresponsible foradministrative duties tosupport the needs of our highprofile apartment communities.This position requireshighattention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and completeapplicant certifications and resident recertifications
- Maintaincomputer databases
- Prepareweekly and monthlycompliancereports
- Administrative taskssuch as copying filingschedulingdistributingmailandansweringphones
- Maintainresident maintenance and vendorfiling systems
- Organize and publicize resident activities
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and vendors
- Attend annual trainings andcomply withthe Fair Housing Act
- Assistwith projects as needed
Qualifications
- Experience with affordable housing recertification process required
- Excellent communicationand interpersonalskills
- Strong computer skills including MS WordOutlookand Excel; Yardi a plus
- Excellentorganizational skills attention to detail and follow through
- Able to work independently prioritize meet multiple deadlines and work as a team member
