Job Description
- YOU will be able to create and implement structured lesson plans while building a therapeutic rapport with our students.
- YOU will be able to work collaboratively with our Special Education team to provide the best academics for our students.
- YOU will be able to attend meetings with family members collaterals and other teams to address any of the students academic needs.
- YOU will help students discover what makes them feel competent and valued by working with them to develop important life skills. Your daytoday work will support students in developing a sense of self and provide them the skills to be successful in their next steps.

- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must be licensed or be eligible to be waived by the Massachusetts DESE for Special Education Moderate Disabilities 512 and/or Secondary Education licensure.
- Relevant experience with grades 512 preferred.
- Maintains valid drivers license as transporting students is required.
- At JRI you will learn to provide physical interventions and verbal deescalations to provide the safest therapeutic atmosphere for our students!
- Background and driving record checks will be performed.
