Position Summary
The Marketing and Sales Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of The Home Company. This role is responsible for assisting with marketing initiatives coordinating with sales agents and lenders and maintaining a strong brand presence. This role will focus on project coordination content creation and digital marketing strategies working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Marketing
- Assist in the planning coordination and of marketing campaigns across digital print and social channels.
- Write edit and proofread marketing collateral social media posts blog posts website content and email campaigns to align with branding and messaging.
- Design and produce marketing materials including flyers brochures digital ads social media graphics and email graphics ensuring all content is visually appealing and onbrand.
- Maintain website content and functionality ensuring uptodate information on home listings floor plans communities and promotions.
- Plan and execute content calendars across all platforms.
- Create and manage engaging social media content across all platforms.
- Track and report on campaign performance website traffic and lead generation. Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work crossfunctionally with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with external vendors to produce marketing materials and manage relationships to ensure quality and timeliness.
- Assist in the development and of marketing campaigns including digital print and social media promotions.
- Coordinate photography videography and virtual tours for new homes.
- Manage email marketing campaigns social media accounts and community engagement initiatives.
2. Sales Support
- Respond promptly to online inquiries via email phone chat or text.
- Builds rapport trust and sets buyer expectations.
- Qualify leads by understanding their homebuying needs budge and timeline.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales team followups.
- Provide accurate information on available communities floor plans pricing and incentives.
- Maintain the CRM system by documenting all interactions and updating lead information.
- Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Analyze lead trends and provide feedback to management on lead quality and conversion performance.
- Monitors website content.
- Meet with buyers and designer at design studio and document selections. Ensure selections are recorded in Mark Systems.
3. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in marketing or similar role with demonstrated success in campaign and highquality deliverables.
- Must be licensed in the state of Nebraska.
Success Factors
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics CRM/Hubspot CMS social media management platforms project management platforms content calendar platforms) preferred.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools e.g. Adobe Suite Canva).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail in both written and visual content.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
