Scheduled Weekly Hours:
20Gundersen Health System (becoming Emplify Health) is looking for a parttime 40 hours biweekly) Community Resource Specialist!
What you will work:
.5 FTE 40 Hours every 2 weeks
The schedule will primarily be rotating Day midday and PM shifts including every third weekend rotation of Days/PMs/Overnights. The schedule would not be the same each week it would vary based on department need. Schedules are typically posted 68 weeks ahead.
After 6 months of employment and with acceptable performance this position is eligible for a remote/hybrid work schedule. You must be located in WI MN or IA.
What you will do:
Respond to callers requests for Information and Referrals and crisis line services which includes supportive listening followup research and advocacy for Great Rivers 211 and all other afterhours and specialized lines
Supporting the maintenance of a comprehensive health and human services database
Assist with the development and promotion of program activities

What you will need:
Associates degree in human servicesrelated field such as Social Work Community Health Psychology Sociology or similar field.
Those without a Bachelors degree will be required to get a Bachelors degree within 6 years of hire date
1 year of previous experience in human services basic knowledge of the Windows computer system.
Mental Health First Aid USA within one year of hire
InformUSA certified Community Resource Specialist within two years of becoming eligible
