Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Process Excellence Leader!
What Youll Do:
- Operational Excellence: Manage the overall Operational Excellence process in Supply Chain and ensure the GEM model is implemented at all levels.
- Collaboration: Work with central and global SC functions to define implement and maintain GEM principles standards and metrics.
- Metrics and Targets: Define and maintain GEM metrics and targets for central and plant supply chains.
- KPI Targets: Support the definition and review of KPI targets linked to GEM maturity levels.
- Adherence and Audits: Ensure plant SC follows global standards conduct audits and highlight deviations.
- Development: Oversee the development of regional and plant SC GEM experts and action plans.
- Training: Implement skills and competency development programs and key GEM enablers (e.g. RCCA Kaizen).
- Primary Contact: Serve as the primary contact for SC in the enterprise GEM team to enhance supply chain principles and practices.
- Audit Support: Support formal GEM audits and selfcertifications for plant and central SC teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement operational excellence and process optimization.
- Best Practices: Encourage best practices standards tools and metrics at all organizational levels.
- Standardization: Manage SC standardization processes and improve employee competency development.
- Audit Preparation: Support GEM and external audit preparations.
What We Need:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Industrial Logistic Engineering Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar role with handson process excellence and continuous improvement. Minimum 4 years in supply chain or operational excellence with a strong background in supply chain logistics procurement vendor scheduling or planning.
- Skills:
- Fluent in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present complex information.
- Ability to develop strong partnerships and working relationships with all functional areas.
- Supply chain knowledge and understanding.
- Leadership acumen to build successful crossfunctional relationships within a matrix organization.
