Were looking for a creative passionate and mediasavvy Communications & PR Lead with the ability to tell the AT&T story in a new and innovative way. This role supports AT&Ts Consumer organization focusing on building relationships with our product team and Original Equipment Manager (OEM) partners. This includes developing blogs press releases media pitches and inperson media activations to promote new products regularly.
Overall Purpose:
Manage and lead communications strategies for AT&Ts Mass Market (Consumer) organization. Responsibilities include project management creative campaign planning content development media relations and executive support.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Communications:Develop and execute proactive and creative communication plans that grab the attention of target media outlets and result in positive coverage.
- Project Management:Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to create campaigns to promote new products.
- Develop and Manage Communications:Write and oversee publication of press releases media outreach media lists and talking points.
- Monitor Industry News:Maintain an understanding of industry trends and conduct timely research on news coverage issues and industry reports affecting the company to inform team decisionmaking.
- Establish Relationships with Partner Organizations:Foster close relationships with partner organizations both internally and externally to communicate the companys vision effectively and creatively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Marketing and PR Teams:Work closely with these key partners to manage brand and corporate identity ensuring a consistent and captivating brand story.
Qualifications:
- 58 years of experience in a communicationsrelated field preferred.
- Must be willing to come into the Dallas headquarters five days a week.
- Must have strong writing skillswith examples to show.
- Must have excellent project management skills.
- Must have the ability to collaborate with peers/colleagues/subject matter experts on a variety of topics and products.
- Must be a selfstarter and want to be a constant learner.
- Must have experience making datadriven decisions when evaluating communications effectiveness.
- Must have experience trying different tactics to reach different types of news and media outlets.
- Experience managing a communications plan from ideation to is needed in this role.
Education:
Bachelor of Arts degree or Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferably in a Communications discipline.

Salary Range:
$105600.00 $158400.00
Our Lead Manager Communications & PR earn between $105600 $158400. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography experience expertise and education/training.
