Sales Administrator Job Summary:
The Sales Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks ensuring smooth order processing maintaining customer relationships and contributing to overall sales efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills a strong sense of teamwork and a proactive approach to problemsolving.

Sales Administrator Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage the endtoend order processing workflow including order entry verification and coordination with sales and logistics teams.
- Communicate with clients where needed address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of orders customer interactions and related documentation in the companys CRM and database systems.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes for potential customers ensuring accurate pricing and timely delivery estimates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide administrative support including preparing sales reports analyzing sales data and identifying trends.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure product availability for incoming orders.
- Address and resolve orderrelated issues such as shipping delays quality concerns and billing discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Work crossfunctionally with internal departments including finance production and logistics to ensure seamless order .
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry filing and maintaining accurate records.
Sales Administrator Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business economics engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in sales support customer service or administrative roles preferably within the metals or manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail ensuring accuracy in order processing and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients colleagues and internal teams.
- Proven ability to identify and address challenges swiftly finding practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM and database systems Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with the sales team as well as other departments to achieve common goals.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a fastpaced environment with poise.
- Knowledge of the metal industry and its products (steel aluminum etc. is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
