The Role:
Responsible for managing your own varied portfolio of residential properties
Liaise with tenants and owners to ensure positive results
Organising property maintenance
Conduct periodic entry and exit inspections
The Candidate:
A hardworking individual excellent communicator and negotiator
Good listener
Someone confident in their time management skills
Outstanding presentation with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service and organisational skills
Ability to focus with a high level of attention to detail
Industry experience and a current Drivers Licence
You must have a Tasmanian Property Representative Licence prior to starting
Working alongside a dedicated Business Development Manager Letting Consultant and Support team at Peter Lees youll have more time to focus on nurturing relationships with our Landlords Tenants & Contractors.
