Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

  • Coordinates the maintenance recording preparation and reporting of data related to personnel information.
  • Facilitates the collection and entry of human resource data and the generation and distribution of related reports and information.
  • Reviews all personnel forms for completeness accuracy timing and conformity to policy guidelines.
  • Responds to candidates and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Responds to internal and external inquiries for personnel information providing verbal or written verification (as required).
  • May assist Talent Acquisition Specialists in reviewing applications and/or scheduling interviews.
  • Supports various Talent Acquisition initiatives and facilitates the new hire preemployment intake sessions.

  • Director/HealthCare Careers

  • None

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Preferred Education:

  • Collegelevel coursework particularly in business (or a closely related field.

Required Experience:

  • One 1 year of relevant clerical experience utilizing a variety of office computer technology as a function of customer service.

Preferred Experience:

  • Human resources (HR) preemployment/onboarding experience preferred.

Required Certification/License/Registry:

  • None
