Job Description

MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT) PROGRAM

Our MIT Manager in Training Program is a 12 year fasttrack program to advance your career path preparing you to take on a branch management and/or strategic sales role within our organization. Its an exciting time at Roofmart as we are opening the opportunity to a select few to join our class of MIT candidates. If selected you will be part of a unique program offering advanced handson experience training and exposure to multiple leaders & bestinclass mentors across Canada

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

Proficient across six Program Modules

• Branch Operations: shipping/receiving logistics and health and safety
• Inside Sales: software and computer transaction customer service order taking and walkin customer assistance
• Inventory Management and Logistics: dispatch and delivery scheduling material ordering cycle counts and fleet maintenance
• Product Knowledge: learning products and product vendor engagement
• Customer Sales: sales administration customer calling relationship building pricing and credit
• Human Resources and Management: people management and development recruiting financial performance and budgeting

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

• College Diploma or bachelors degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Management strongly preferred
• Geo flexibility in Canada
• Willing to work hard and have a drive to succeed
• Strong communication problem solving and customerfocused skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for learning
