We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment and expertise in managing vendor relationships. You will play a key role in sourcing top talent collaborating with external recruitment agencies and ensuring an efficient hiring process to meet our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend talent acquisition processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors handling negotiation and performance evaluation.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide strategic insights into the recruitment process.
Leverage various sourcing techniques to attract highquality candidates across diverse roles.
Collaborate on recruitment strategies to ensure a positive candidate experience and efficient hiring timelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 15 years in talent acquisition including vendor management.
Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field (MBA preferred).
Vendor Management: Demonstrated experience in managing and negotiating with recruitment agencies and vendors.
Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of recruitment processes sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and vendors.
Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with both vendors and candidates.
