The Position
Core duties and responsibilities:
- Extensive experience leading large mortgage processing operation with demonstrated operational excellence
- Extensive experience managing risk and control environment while meeting commitments to deliver solutions for areas needing improvement
- Extreme passion to deliver an excellent experience for customers ability to drive strategies to improve Net Promoter Score and Close on Time
- Demonstrated pipeline management expertise and oversight to ensure closing dates are not missed and cycle times remain competitive across all products
- Provide vision and set direction to achieve long term strategic objectives that impact organization and management across functional areas
- Collaborate and influence Home Lending Operations peers partners and leaders to formulate policies procedures and methods which directly impact the business line or indirectly affect the entire organization
- Provide thought leadership within Home Lending Operations functional area to develop and implement strategic solutions to highly complex and potentially companywide business challenges resulting in operational or documentation efficiencies with superior customer service
- Engage and lead a team of managers and professionals associated with Home Lending Operations functional area with integrity transparency and candor
- Develop long term policies and procedures within Home Lending Operations functional area
- Direct strategic planning discussions for the business line to drive continuous improvement in performance
- Serve as a member of the experienced trusted management within the Home Lending Operations business group unit or functional area providing expertise regarding strategy operations financial management and building organizational effectiveness and performance
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Home Lending Operations
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of Transactions and Processing experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
- 4 years of Management experience

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
