Customer support executive 6 days working
1 rotational off
Salary 35K in hand
Interview HR Round Ops
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries resolve issues and provide outstanding service through various communication channels including phone email and chat.
- Order Management: Efficiently manage customer orders track shipments and ensure ontime delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Stay uptodate with Flipkart / Amazon product offerings and provide information to customers regarding products services and promotions.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer concerns or complaints demonstrating empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication: Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CustomerCentric Approach: A passion for helping people and the ability to empathize with customers needs.
- ProblemSolving Skills: The ability to think critically analyze situations and find effective solutions.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn adapt to new processes and embrace change.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
