Once a part of KenrickGlennon Seminarys campus the Cardinal Rigali Center in Shrewsbury MO is today the headquarters and curia (governing body) for the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
Most Sacred Heart Parish Elementary School located in Eureka MO seeks a dynamic educational leader as their Principal.This National Blue Ribbon School creates a vibrant 21stcentury learning environment that infuses Catholic identity into every aspect of our curriculum. It is the responsibility of the Principal to ensure that Science Technology Religion Engineering Arts and Math (STREAM) are integrated across all content areas as well as promote a variety of before and afterschool programs that are structured to meet the needs of each child.
We are seeking an experienced leader:
Foster a productive learning environment through collaboration with teachers students and parents.
Engage with students during arrival/dismissal school events and meetings.
Enforce disciplinary policies for students and staff.
Participate in parent meetings and mediate between parents teachers and students.
Maintain financial personnel and student records.
Ensure academic success in line with the Archdiocese of St. Louis standards.
Lead staff meetings and ensure completion of required paperwork.
Oversee school property maintenance and repairs.
Coordinate staff development and allocate supplies/equipment.
Manage the school budget and approve programs/expenditures.
Build positive relationships with the community Home and School and organizations.
Serve as liaison between the Archdiocese and school.
Perform additional related duties as required.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Effective communication with educators parents and the community.
Strong organizational and detailoriented skills.
Knowledge of educational laws regulations and best practices.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Budget management proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
