Job Description

Requirements:
- 5 years as a Business Analyst
- Write functional specifications
- Technically inclined
- Build user stories and work alongside QA Engineers building test cases and acceptence criteria
- Solid troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills for understanding project needs and providing feedback to stakeholders and team members
Responsibilities:
- Requirements collection and functional specification documentation
- Supporting projects by conducting testing reviewing and resolving defects as required
- Work closely with the Lead developer and Product Owner to align development efforts
- Mentorship of less experienced Business Analysts
- Form part of the delivery team in our SDCL (Scrum)
- Some level of delivery management and prioritisation of features
- Contribute to product development
