Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Department Manager to join our Monroe office in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have over four years of office experience as well as a strong background in management and leadership. This role involves overseeing team operations ensuring goals are met and managing onboarding and training processes for new team members. The Group Supervisor will also be responsible for identifying and addressing operational issues to streamline processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead manage and hold team members accountable for their assignments.
- Ensure team goals are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- Oversee onboarding and training of new team members.
- Identify and address issues in team operations reengineering processes as needed.
- Facilitate a supportive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of office experience.
- Proven leadership and management experience in an office environment.
- Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
- Yiddish Speaking is required.
