We are looking for: Oncology Client Service Representative
This roleprovides a high level of client service. In this role the individual enhances communication and provides support between referring veterinarians clientsveterinariansand all team members of the department.
What youll do:
  • Answer and respond to all phone calls from clients Referral Partners and Pharmacies log all conversations as well as check and logvoicemails
  • Answer incoming calls as back up to the switchboardcoordinator
  • Call for referral information on new/recheck patientappointments
  • Coordinate with clinical team and update departmental schedulecalendar
  • Check for incoming referral faxes at the front desk and/or communicationcenter
  • Organize records in hard charts for next day specialtyappointments
  • Check appointment emailsthroughout theday
  • Email any electronic records/xrays to perspective department and all xrays toradiology
  • Fax referral letters (depending on location)
  • Make copies if needed: Client handouts cage sheet changeforms
  • Call clients to remind of appointments & dropoffs for the nextday
