Job Requirements:Responsibilities: To collaborate closely with respective stakeholders across the organization:
Strategic HR Management.
a. Develop and Execute HR Strategies aligned with business objectives.
b. Partner with senior leadership to drive Organizational change and business growth.
c. Building a thriving culture Design and lead employee engagement initiatives thatinspire trust collaboration and innovation. Identify opportunities to innovate HRpolicies strategies and processes that balance business needs with employee wellbeing.
d. Attract and retain Top Talent Develop cuttingedge recruitment strategies to bringin worldclass professionals who share our vision.
e. Be a HandsOn Leader Lead by doing whether its solving employee concernsrefining policies supporting hiring strategies advising EVP/Management or seniorstakeholders.
f. Team Builder and Mentor: Inspire coach and develop the existing and new HR teammembers to excel in their roles and become future leaders. Foster a culture ofcollaboration accountability and innovation within HR.
g. Be a Change Maker Introduce creative and nontraditional HR practices that set usapart and align with our Organizational goal.
h. Build something new Lead projects to create or refine HR frameworks for endtoend employee life cycle in collaboration with EVP HR and Senior stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition and Workforce planning: Oversee endtoend recruitmentonboarding and retention strategies for leadership and critical roles across the boardCollaborate with department heads to forecast workforce requirements. Build an HRteam that delivers excellence. Employee Engagement and Retention: Lead employee engagement programs to foster apositive workforce environment. Develop Initiatives to reduce attrition and boostemployee satisfaction.
Performance Management: Drive the implementation of performance appraisal systemacross board and provide guidance on KPIs coaching and employee developmentplans.
Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies process policies manual andso on are uptodate and compliant with labor laws. Handle and manage grievances anddisciplinary processes in collaboration with respective stakeholders and relevantvendor/associate partners. Team Management: Work with the existing team on creating and building a robust HRteam in coordination with EVP HR review and hire the resources if required. Work withthe Training Manager to assist guide and support the development of the trainingdepartment. Develop succession planning frameworks for roles across the board andthe HR team. Be the successor to EVP HR. Lead the HR and Training team to work onstrategies programs and processes that will prepare the HR team and our people forthe future.
Compensation and Benefits: Design competitive compensation packages to attract andretain talent. Manage payroll benefit administration and reward frameworks withrespective departments/functions.
Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with various departments to understandthe needs and develop customized solutions. Your ability to listen and understand willbe key to building strong collaborative relationships.
Collaborate with vendors/service providers industry experts and professional bodies toleverage external resources and expertise. Manage the HR budget including vendorselection negotiation and contract management.
Stay ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends best practices emergingtechnologies and innovative training techniques. Your enthusiasm for learning will helpus bring fresh cuttingedge ideas to foster an environment of success collaboration andcreativity.
Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance requirements related to the HRindustry and incorporate to stay compliant as necessary.
Refining existing systems and processes and setting up dashboard and metrics asrequired including but not limited to preparing and tracking the annual HR Budget andtraining budget; creating and maintaining dashboard that provide realtime insights tokey HR metrics and Organizational performance across all areas of HR and training.
HR MIS report and Dashboard: Create track and publish key HR Metrics on a monthlybasis to EVP HR and present the quarterly update to the board leadership andmanagement. Recommend datadriven solutions to improve efficiency andeffectiveness.
Manage other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any stream plus a diploma/degree in Human Resources Generalist is a Must.MBA in Human Resources (Preferable)Welcome to the future of Accounting!
10 years of handson experience is a must including more than 6 plus years in amanagerial role.

Organizational skills: You can juggle multiple projects manage your time effectively andstay on top of details without losing sight of the big picture. Proven ability to manage HR systems and tools (e.g. HRMS ATS) is a MUST.
Professional certification such as SHRMSCP Strategy PHR or equivalent HR certification(Preferable)
Strong process orientation and a work ethic that focuses on the thoroughness ofapproach precision and mindfulness.
A Sharp business acumen paired with a peoplefirst mindset.
Must have a strong Technical Acumen paired with Analytical mindset and innovativethinking.
