Communication Co-Op

We are seeking a talented energetic students to join the Operations team in our Milton Factory location for a duration of 4 months(May 2025 August 2025 as Communications CoOp.

What you will be doing:

• Assist in the development and dissemination of internal communications to employees.

• Contribute to the creation of newsletters emails and announcements to keep employees informed on key updates.

• Help organize and coordinate internal events such as team meetings employee events and employee recognition initiatives.

• Assist in maintaining the companys website and social media channels with updated content.

• Assist with the production of multimedia materials such as videos graphics and presentations for both internal and external communication.

• Ensure consistent use of the companys branding guidelines across various communication materials.

• Support the planning promotion and of company events including trade shows conferences and internal teambuilding activities.

• Assist in event logistics including coordinating communications materials and event marketing.

• Help in conducting communicationrelated research such as employee feedback surveys.

At the end of your assignment you will have the opportunity to share information about your experience with other students and with ROCKWOOL management.

What you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications Public Relations Marketing Journalism or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher) and familiarity with social media platforms.

• A strong team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
