An exciting new position has opened up as Account Manager in our Martorell facility
Key Tasks
Representing the Sales department of Lear in front of OEM in all the activities related to commercial and administrative area (customer meetings presentations vizualisations)
Understanding the customer demands planning how such demands can be met in the way best for profitability of Lear and for keeping longterm relationship with the Customer
Responsible for commercial estimation and negotiations on the running series business (change management process) and keeping the deadlines of the account
Responsible for keeping financial KPIs and commercial task commitments (program profitability level)
Finding soplutions with the customer to close commercial topics and avoid escalation
Close cooperation with other departmens in Lear (Development Purchasing Industrial Engineering Quality Logistic and Production
Participating on cost reduction measurements for improving the commercials in the project
Maintaining of internal reporting
Maintaining of internal sales systems and instruments
Key Requirements:
Be motivated selfstarter and have willingness to take the lead
Previous experience in Sales Engineering and/or Program managment area
High level communication (Must: Spanish and English; German will be a plus) and high selforganisation skills
Motivation and experience to work out strategies to achieve commercial goals
MS Office (Excel and Power Point)
