The Senior Director of Construction & Facilities Management is responsible for all Company construction projects and reports to the Vice President of Real Estate & Construction.This role provides strategic direction and for all construction activities including new branch openings relocations expansions leasehold improvements and facilities maintenance. The Senior Director of Construction & Facilities Management actively drives projects forward continuously integrating industry best practices. They are responsible for project budgets and timelines ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. As a key leader in Hercs growth this role manages five construction project managers across the US and Canada requiring deep knowledge of construction processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues and the ability to present confidently to the CSuite.
