We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist & Recruitment Specialist who will split their focus between general HR functions 70 and talent acquisition/recruitment activities 30. The ideal candidate will excel in fostering a positive work environment managing HR operations and effectively driving endtoend recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Generalist 70
Employee Engagement & Relations:
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
Address employee grievances and provide solutions aligned with company policies.
HR Policies & Compliance:
Develop implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers in feedback delivery.
Identify and address training and development needs.
HR Operations:
Manage payroll inputs attendance and leave records.
Maintain employee records and oversee HRIS systems.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires and execute exit formalities for departing employees.
Recruitment 30
Talent Acquisition:
Manage endtoend recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates.
Leverage job boards social media and internal referrals to build talent pipelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hires.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Track and report key recruitment metrics (e.g. timetohire costperhire).
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field. (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in HR roles with significant exposure to generalist responsibilities and recruitment.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices labor laws and compliance.
Proven experience in fullcycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
