What Well Bring:
Dynamics of the RoleWe are looking for a proactive BI Operations Specialist to manage and support our BI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability security and performance of our BI systems while maintaining data availability and integrity.
How You Will Contribute
Monitor and maintain the health performance and availability of BI systems and databases.
Manage user access security and permissions within BI platforms.
Perform regular data backups disaster recovery testing and system upgrades.
Troubleshoot and resolve BI system issues including performance bottlenecks and data discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to support BI deployments and changes.
Develop and maintain operational documentation including runbooks and user guides.
What Youll Bring:
What You Will Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 years of experience in BI operations system administration or database management.
Handson experience with BI platforms (e.g. Power BI Tableau Qlik)
Strong knowledge of database administration (SQL Server MySQL Oracle).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Python) for automation.
Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with monitoring tools and BI system health checks.
Knowledge of ITIL best practices for incident and change management.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and data security practices.
