Going strong since 1974 CASE is an educational collaborative agency made up of 11 regional and municipal districts affording member and nonmember school districts the opportunity to augment local services by planning developing and implementing programs for students with special needs.PENSION JOB! ELIGIBLE EMPLOYER FOR LOAN FORGIVENESS!HEALTH INSURANCE ON DAY ONE!Performance Responsibilities:1.Participate in Team reevaluation and annual review meetings for students on caseload and write Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).2. Complete and coordinate data informed progress reports and report cards from service providers for all students according to the schedule set by host school Collaborative and special education regulations.3. Implement instruction and support in a specialized program for students with socialemotional and behavior needs; provide differentiated instruction in content areas according to the MA Curriculum Frameworks and Common Core Standards and students individualized education programs.4.Collaborate with service providers specialists and general education teachers for services and instruction according to service delivery grids; Consult with general education teachers and special education teaching assistants regarding accommodations modifications and instructional modalities.5. Implement appropriate behavior management techniques and/or behavior support plans and collaborate with BCBA about interventions.6. Maintain and use current technology and adaptive equipment and materials.7. Develop and implement classroom and curricular accommodations and modifications.8. Assess and maintain data on progress of all students on caseload and differentiate student goals and instruction accordingly.9. Administer MCAS with accommodations or develop portfolio/s for MCAS alternate assessment as outlined in student/s IEP s.10. Supervise support and schedule teaching assistants to support students according to their individual needs. Provide evaluative feedback and input regarding teaching assistants including completion of biannual evaluation forms to Program Administrator.11. Consult with parents/guardians general education teachers therapists school nurse consultants and teaching assistants regarding planning and students program needs.12. Conduct parent/guardianteacher conferences during conference periods identified on host schools calendar.13. Provide communication to parents/guardians of students on caseload (e.g. parentteacher conferences email telephone contact).14. Participate in host school Open House for parents/guardians staff meetings and professional development opportunities as appropriate.15. Attend Collaborativewide and specific program staff meetings as scheduled by the Program Administrator and/or Executive Director.16. Keep abreast of the latest trends materials research and best practices related to the field. Participate in professional development opportunities to increase knowledge base and skills as well as maintain licensure.17. Maintain the high level of confidentiality and professionalism expected of all faculty.18. Administer analyze and write educational assessments.19.
