About the business
Huon Regional Care is a notforprofit longestablished provider of quality community and aged care services across Southern Tasmania and we are looking to appoint an experienced Executive Manager overseeing our Support at Home services in the beautiful Huon Valley Tasman Peninsula & Kingborough municipalities.
About the role
Are you a strategic leader passionate about highquality personcentred aged care Do you thrive on driving service excellence compliance and innovation in the home care sector Huon Regional Care is seeking an experienced Executive Manager Support at Home to lead our inhome aged care services under the new Support at Home Program and Aged Care Quality Standards.
As Executive Manager Support at Home you will:
- Lead and implement the Support at Home Program ensuring compliance and bestpractice care
- Oversee operational management quality assurance and workforce leadership
- Champion consumerdirected care to support independence wellness and reablement
- Drive continuous improvement and identify new service opportunities
- Manage budgets funding models and financial sustainability

Skills and experience
What we are looking for:
- Proven senior leadership experience in aged care health or community services.
- Strong knowledge of aged care reforms home care models and quality standards.
- Experience in service transformation operational excellence and workforce management.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and problemsolving skills.
- Tertiary qualification in aged care health business or a related field (postgrad desirable).
