Job Overview
Join Smart Enovations as a CREO Design Engineer in Bangalore Urban. As part of our dynamic team youll work at the cutting edge of design and development collaborating within the Automotive industry. We are looking for skilled individuals who are adept at using Creo for part modeling assembly and drawing including sheet metal and GD&T. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our project outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Creo software for effective part modeling and generating accurate engineering drawings.
- Strong experience in creating complex assemblies and subassemblies in a 3D CAD environment like Creo.
- Solid understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing to ensure precision in designs.
- Must be skilled in sheet metal design principles including unfolding forming and assembly techniques.
- Ability to interpret engineering sketches and CAD specifications and transform them into detailed designs.
- Experience collaborating within crossfunctional teams to enhance product design and resolve design issues.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to provide innovative solutions and improve product functionality.
- Excellent communication skills to present design ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop components and assemblies using Creo software ensuring industry standards are met.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to create innovative design solutions for customerspecific requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical drawings specifications and diagrams in compliance with engineering standards.
- Apply GD&T principles to ensure parts fit and function within operational tolerances.
- Analyze and solve design challenges to optimize performance and costeffectiveness.
- Review and validate design concepts from the initial stages through to prototype production.
- Engage in concurrent engineering practices to reduce turnaround time and enhance product quality.
- Communicate design specifications effectively to manufacturing teams and other stakeholders.
