Responsibilities: This person will assist the manager in developing and executing feed quality control programs regulatory compliance programs and ingredient purchasing strategies to ensure MFAs Feed Division produces and sells highquality competitively priced feeds in compliance with all applicable government regulations. All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.
What Youll Do
- Support the development of Quality Control procedures for the Feed Mills
- Document Standard Operating Procedures and help assure adherence by the Feed Mills
- Implement RCI / Quality Concern system to document track and resolve customer complaints.
- Create statistical data on customer complaints to understand trends and use to improve processes
- Support development and administration of regulatory compliance programs for MFAs Feed Mills including Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) compliance.

Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Agriculture Business or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of Feed regulations is helpful
- Working knowledge of feed quality parameters is helpful
