We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Channel Partner Manager to join our team. The Channel Partner Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our channel partners to drive revenue growth and market share. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in partner management sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Development: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach and increase sales opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with existing channel partners to ensure mutual success. Provide ongoing support training and resources to help partners achieve their sales targets.
Sales Enablement: Work closely with channel partners to develop sales strategies marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. Provide guidance and support to help partners effectively sell our products or services.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze channel partner performance including sales metrics market trends and competitive landscape. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partner performance and maximize revenue generation.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements contracts and pricing structures with channel partners. Ensure that all agreements are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including sales marketing product development to align channel partner activities with overall business goals and objectives.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field.
Proven track record of success in channel partner management sales or business development roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with partners and internal stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the SaaS industry or related field.
Experience working with MSME/SMB clients and channel partners
Familiarity with channel partner management software and CRM systems.
