- Train and support employees in each facility Know exactly what they are responsible for and inspect work
- Performing daily scheduled inspections in accordance with detail schedule
- Ensuring customer satisfaction following up on customer issues within 24 hours of complaint
- Ensuring inventory is properly maintained in building Order supplies as necessary.
- Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per task schedule.
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
- MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- 23 years of Janitorial Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Computer literacy
- 12 years of previous supervisory experience required
- Must be able to multitask and work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Experience in a service environment is preferred
- Janitorial: 2 years (Required)
- Supervising: 1 year (Required)
