TITLE: Product Manager
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
DUTIES: Maximize the value of the teams product portfolio and data science generated intelligence for sales teams across the company;
- Create refine and delete items in the product backlog in order to keep it organized relevant and progressively elaborated;
- Diligently communicate with product management and stakeholders to ensure their requests are reflected within the product backlog in succinct and plain language;
- Intimately analyze and document the business current state of operations opportunity gaps readiness for change and ability to adopt enhanced capabilities and new features;
- Own priority of the team level product backlog with some priorities inherited from the parent program roadmap and release plan;
- Serve as primary link between Scrum team (Salesforce engineers and quality assurance engineers) and customers (sales operations stakeholders);
- Validate product backlog items are complete by defining acceptance criteria and ensuring criteria is met by the Scrum team;
- Ensure there is enough ready product backlog items to utilize engineers.
REQUIREMENTS: MINIMUM Education Requirement:
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Business Administration Computer Engineering or a related field of study.
MINIMUM Experience Requirement:
- 5 years of experience in Product Management Marketing Engineering Project Management or a related occupation.
Alternative Education and Experience Requirement:
- Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Business Administration Computer Engineering or a related field of study plus 3 years of experience in Product Management Marketing Engineering Project Management or a related occupation.
Required knowledge or experience with:
- Agile team Scrum 2 years);
- Atlassian tools;
- Salesforce administration
