Level 7Job Description Summary
This role will work with the Head of Oncology in translating strategic priorities into operational . By leading the design and implementation of crossfunctional strategies that enhance operational efficiency bridge strategy to and establish governance structures this position will drive continuous improvement within the Oncology Therapeutic Area US (TA).This position will be located in East Hanover NJ and will not have the ability to be located remotely. This position will require 10 travel as defined by the business (domestic and/or international).
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Impact:
- Support teams in designing and implementing efficient solutions that facilitate strategy of RLT outside of PSMAfore.
- Own and drive the design and scaling of the community oncology strategy across the various DA in Oncology.
- Define track and report KPIs & performance metrics to drive continuous efficiency and productivity improvement in both RLT and Community Oncology.
Operational & Organizational Optimization:
- Identify process structural and efficiency gaps implementing scalable lean solutions to enhance .
- Foster crossfunctional collaboration ensuring alignment and bottomup engagement across teams.
Governance & Continuous Improvement:
- Design and implement governance frameworks KPI tracking and structured followups to enable efficient .
- Ensure transparency of critical initiatives maintaining structured communication and reporting for leadership.
- Provide structured preparation and followup for key Oncology TA business meetings ensuring accountability.
Essential Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in economic/business or technical discipline science or medicine.
- 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing operational excellence process improvement or strategic business management.
- Proven experience in leading people crossfunctional teams influencing senior stakeholders managing highvalue budgets and drive business impact and operational efficiency.
- Experience in designing and implementing governance frameworks KPI tracking and discipline.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working across matrix organizations.
- Ability to work and thrive in highly ambiguous environments with everchanging priorities

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $214900 and $399100/year; however while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25 fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to geographical location experience level knowledge skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements including a signon bonus restricted stock units and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
