Schedule:Fourday school week (MondayThursday)

Three Way ISD is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic educator to teach Reading and Social Studies to our combined 1st and 2nd grade classes. We are a small rural district with a strong sense of community and a growing commitment to highquality instruction and student success. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early literacy create engaging crosscurricular experiences and embrace the opportunities of a 4day instructional week.
Design and deliver highquality reading and social studies instruction aligned with the TEKS.
Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners in a multigrade classroom.
Foster a safe nurturing and engaging classroom environment that encourages student growth and curiosity.
Integrate literacy across content areas and provide opportunities for students to build background knowledge vocabulary and comprehension.
Utilize assessment data to inform instruction and monitor student progress.
Collaborate with gradelevel and campus teams to support instructional planning RTI and campus goals.
Communicate regularly with families about student progress and classroom activities.
Incorporate technology handson learning and researchbased practices into daily instruction.
Support district initiatives and attend professional development aligned to campus and district priorities.
Participate in campus events schoolwide programs and community engagement opportunities.
Valid Texas teaching certificate (EC6 or appropriate certification)
Strong foundation in the science of reading and early childhood development
Experience with small group instruction and progress monitoring
Ability to manage a multigrade classroom with creativity and organization
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Commitment to student achievement and continuous improvement
