Im currently working with a wellknown AJ100 practice based in London who are seeking a design Architect. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary circa 45000 depending on experience.
This position is for those who are arb registered with at least 3 years PQE. Youll be working within RIBA stages 03 in the first instance so youll need to demonstrate a strong design prowess and should have experience with working on competitions and presenting to clients. Youll be working closely with the Director on some of concept designs so a track of concept design experience is also required. The company are a very international practice and you work will reflect this with a number of projects in the UK The Middle East and The Americas its a great chance to develop experience on projects around the world.
The actual work is within the residential commercial and hospitality sectors. Whilst you wont need all of the above you will need 2 out of the 3. A background within the commercial sector will be favoured at this stage.
Revit is the main software in use and youll also be working with Rhino so fluency in both would be ideal.
