Coordinates the delivery of nursing services to patients across the organization. Ensures adequate nursing staff through the management of nursing staff resources. Facilitates and coordinates bed assignments within the hospital. Directs and collaborates with appropriate department managers to facilitate and expedite patient movement. Assists the Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in continuous staff development human resource management and in promoting quality care. Responsible for clinical and/or nonclinical administrative duties.
Education
Bachelors Degree : Nursing (Required)
Other : Graduate of accredited school of nursing (Required)
Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Experience
5 Years experience as a RN in an Acute Care setting (Required)
General Experience in a clinical management role (Preferred)
License/Certifications
ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
BLS Basic Life Support (Required)
RNLIC PA Registered Nurse License (Required)
