Senior Project Engineer Bid Support

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Power Projects team is currently managing significant clean energy projects across Australia and is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our bid team. This position can be based in either our Milton (QLD) or North Ryde (NSW) office. As part of a larger team you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include providing practical construction expertise and contributing to the bid process. Your skills in procurement will be valuable to our bid team. Once the project is underway you will transition into a traditional Senior Project Engineer role.

Your daytoday tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Development and production of bids proposals client presentations and related materials.
• Coordinate and manage construction engineering activities to ensure timely budgetfriendly and qualitydriven project delivery.
• Lead by example and consistently promote key aspects of Zero Harm when working with operational teams.
• Collaborate with project teams to form active and effective business improvements that eliminate waste and minimise operational costs.
• Take the lead in managing subcontractors while advising on commercial matters and performance.

ABOUT YOU

• A Trade or Engineering (Electrical or similar) qualification and/or a Diploma in Project Management. Additionally you must possess experience delivering electrical utility projects.
• A background in procurement management and exposure to GIS mapping & related software.
• Superior communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders up and downstream.
