About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. Youll be at the heart of our operationensuring smooth daytoday running maximising team productivity and maintaining excellent service delivery.
As a key support figure across the venue youll be the goto person for both staff and guestsstepping in as the main point of contact and offering a calm solutionsfocused approach to any challenges that may arise. Youll play a handson role in creating a positive energetic and professional environment for both the team and our guests.
What Were Looking For
- A natural leader someone who knows how to motivate collaborate and create a fun yet focused work culture
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills confident engaging with guests to ensure a smooth and memorable experience
- Strong communicator able to adapt your style across all levels of the team
- Cool under pressure capable of staying calm and adaptable when things get busy or plans change
- Organised and detailoriented with a great ability to manage your own time and lead a team efficiently

- Supervisory or management experience in a cocktailled business
- A background or knowledge of the latenight hospitality scene
- A creative flair commercial mindset and a passion for hospitality and driving sales
- Perhaps youve already been a Manager or youre currently a Supervisor ready to take that exciting next stepeither way we want to hear from you
If youve worked in fastpaced customerfacing environments and know how to lead a team with confidence and stylewere interested in the skills you bring to the table not just where youve worked before.
