Entegris is seeking a Specialist Trade Compliance US Duty Management to add to our growing team at our Headquarters in Billerica MA. This position is an open-ended contract role.
Responsibilities:
- Verify materials to create certificates of origin
- Verify materials for Free Trade Agreement eligibility and create certificates
- Support duty drawback programs for analysis import and export documentation
- Assist in investigating new duty drawback opportunities or other duty savings initiatives
- Support with master data updates around HTS codes and country of origin in SAP
What We Seek:
- 2 years experience in Global Trade Compliance preferred
- Strong working knowledge & experience with U.S. Customs audit practices policies & procedures
- Duty drawback experience
- Free Trade Agreement experience
- Experience with import and export documentation & activities
- Knowledge of SAP Excel & basic report building
- Flexible and calm under pressure
- Creative approach to solving problems
- Ability to work carefully and accurately paying close attention to details.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
