Shape the Future of Talent Acquisition at GEA
GEA a global leader in technology solutions for the food beverage and industrial sectors is looking for an experienced Head of Global Talent Acquisition. In this strategic leadership role you will report to the VP HR Center of Expertise drive our global talent acquisition strategy and lead an international team to attract and hire the bestfitting talent.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy Develop and implement a scalable businesscentered TA strategy that aligns with GEAs global needs.
Global Talent Acquisition Organization Lead the GEAs Talent Acquisition organization and functions to a bestfit TA model and organizational setup for GEA
Leadership & Team Development Lead and develop a team of TA Partners and Specialists ensuring operational excellence.
Process & Technology Optimization Enhance recruitment processes tools and data analytics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with senior leadership and optimize global/regional recruitment partnerships.
Compliance & Governance Ensure adherence to global hiring standards DE&I principles and ethical recruitment practices.
Performance & Budget Management Track key recruitment metrics and manage the global TA budget to drive costeffective hiring.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Leadership experience in global talent acquisition within a multinational environment.
Strong expertise in TA strategy process optimization and digital hiring technologies.
Handson experience in leading teams in a matrix organization.
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage senior leadership.
Experience in managing recruitment budgets and optimizing hiring investments.
