Training
Conduct and evaluate training need identification by working closely with various leaders
across the organization and having a full understanding of their functionalities.
Prepare and present on TNI requirement for Organization and Employee in consult
Manager HR. and propose training plans.
Design develop deliver various training programme e learning courses workshop and
other trainings.
Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
Identify opportunities to develop the business and design and deliver new courses in
response to market needs
Evaluate training programmes conducted using various tools.
Conduct training effectiveness among employees.
Conduct performance improvement plans for those employees who are rated below.
Conduct refreshment trainings.
Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning
opportunities
Support HR department in various functionalities.
Other job responsibilities assigned by senior management.
