Target and purpose of the job :

• Act as a link between contractors and technical department for all MEP works.
• Understand technical requirements related to MEP projects.
• Support utility team in building maintenance activities.
• Support inhouse brownfield and green field projects.
• Should monitor the contractors for safety quality of work coordination with other contractors and work progress and take necessary actions.

Definition of the duties and responsibilities :

• Supervision and of works as per the construction schedule.
• Ensure all works are carried out in high safety standards and quality.
• Deliver the projects as per schedule
• Put together the different construction packages with drawings and specifications from consultant.
• Ensure all works are carried out as per construction risk assessment documents
• All quality checklist to be filled and maintained as per the work packages
• To sequence and coordinate work packages to ensure smooth work progress.
• Should understand safety and hygiene issues and create work procedure for different works.
• Should liaison with operations for work permits.
• Performing Joint Measurements after work completion Physical checking in Site Invoice verification as per Purchase Orders Maintaining all documents RA Bills certifications etc.
• To manage inhouse workers to get out of scope work done on time.
• Coordinate with inhouse stakeholders
• To maintain the records as necessary for future reference.

Basic education and requirements for the position :

• Technical Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical & plumbing /piping.
• Technical Knowledge of industrial safety norms and building regulation codes.
• Should be able to read electrical drawings and P&IDs
• Should have knowledge of installation of machines related utilities.
• Should have knowledge of process piping & HVAC .
• Should have knowledge of pharma industry & cleanroom standards.
• Should be conversant with MS office project and Auto CAD.
