Digital Project Manager
Do you want to work for an award winning integrated agency specialising in Design Digital and Marketing Our client who are based in Peterborough are looking for a Digital Project Manager who wants to further their career and knowledge in an expanding fastpaced innovative Digital agency.
As the Digital Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring project delivery runs smoothly efficiently and with impeccable quality. The agency is experiencing excellent growth given the current climate and have an aggressive digital growth strategy. Your role will be pivotal to the companys overall success.
Job Role
- As a Digital Project Manager you will report directly to the Operations Manager and support in the delivery of a wide range of digital web projects feature requests and support requests for customers
- You will be responsible for allocating tasks for specific projects to ensure deliverability
- Interpret client briefs prepare documentation scope requirements and provide estimates of work
- Take full ownership and responsibility for final quality checks before projects or solutions are delivered
- Ensure Project Delivery has a clear QA/UAT testing programme for tasks which demand such processes
- You will have the support of a Technical Lead Developer and a Junior Project Coordinator to scope and help you plan each segment of the project
- As a Digital PM you will manage client communications on a daytoday basis including regular project reviews and at the end of each week hold status meetings with internal stakeholders to make sure work is completed to the highest of standards
- Attend meetings with new and existing customers when required and take full notes with clear action points and timeframes scheduled for the client as well as the agency
- You will be required to present to new and existing clients on existing projects or scoping out new projects
- Support the entire digital team with the delivery of tasks and projects as required
- Support and offer key insights to the Management team with scoping of digital tasks
Skills
- As a Digital Project Manager you should have a minimum of 2 years experience of delivering Web Based Projects or be passionate about the web and all aspects of digital interactive and technical development
- Experience of working within a Digital Agency environment
- Knowledge of working and delivering WordPress and Shopify websites
- Experience managing project roadmaps/gantt charts
- Ideally have Prince 2 certification and experience in using project management methodologies
- Ability to solve website related challenges and to understand highlevel technical concepts
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working on a wide range of digital projects
- You will need strong planning skills excellent interpersonal communication client management and experience managing expectations
- Push project delivery advancements to improve delivery as well as introduce and refine processes and documentation
- A creative approach to problemsolving
Hours of Work and pay
- Up to 35000
- Monday to Thursday
- 9am to 5.30pm
- Friday
- 9am to 5pm
