Description:
RPO Recruitments client a wellestablished building construction company in the Western Cape is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Building QS who can join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Subcontractor appointments
- Monthly valuations including measuring of work done
- Subcontractor monthly payment certificates
- Labour only subcontractor fortnightly payment certificates
- Pricing VOs
- Monthly cost reports
- Working closely with Bookkeeper Contracts Managers and Site Managers
- Liaising with client QS regularly
Requirements:
- BTech in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification in the built environment
- Over 15 years experience working on both commercial and residential building projects
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and CCS Candy
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Own reliable transport
Benefits:
Salary: R720K R840K CTC per annum
